Show Decsriptions And Links

Dokkoida?!

How do I even begin to explain this one? Dorky out of work guy becomes a diaper superhero. Basically it's a spoof on the whole superhero genre. Lots of fanservice and overall farfetched zanniness abounds. Looks good for some laughs.

  • Law of Ueki

One of the most rediculous over the top shows out there. Ueki is a boy who's given the power to turn trash into trees and then has to fight against other kids with even more rediculous powers. Looks like a lot of fun to watch. The characters are pretty cute, too.

  • GUN x SWORD

Cowboy themed mecha show. The main character Van has a cool sword that can act as a whip and also summon a giant robot. Who doesn't want one of those. The mood of this shows fairly light and in the same general vein as Vandread.

  • Master Keaton

The pinicle of classic animation style. Master Keaton is like part McGyver, part James Bond, and part Indian Jones... except he's got no skill with women whatsoever.

  • Mushishi

OH MY GOD! This show is amazing and so pretty. It's like Hayao Miyazaki and the Kino No Tabi people had a baby! The show is very mellow and tends to make you want to sleep after your done watching, but it has this amazing feel to it that makes you not want to miss a moment. One of the best things we will be showing this year. Highly recommended!

  • Otogi Zoshi

Filled with historical samari and ninja goodness. Seriously though there is a lot of cool historical facts littered through this one. The background art is pretty cool and looks like those traditional wood block paintings.

  • Le Chevalier D'Eon

This show looks seriously cool. Takes place in France and has a whole musketeer thing going own, but of course there are monsters and creepy cults running around. Oh, did I mention the main character gets possed by his dead sisters soul then becomes seriously bad ass?

  • Noein

The main plot revolves around time travel and alternate dimension stuff, so be prepared to think hard during this one. The feel of the show seems to alternate between a light cutesy feel to a darker more sureal one. Looks pretty good.

  • Ergo Proxy

At first look, you may think this show is about a bad ass goth chick who shoots thinks with a shotgun in a cyberpunk destopian future... You'd be wrong. This show is about a lot more than that (think Evangelion and Raxephon), but this show has some dramatic mood and scene changes latter on. The first few episodes have a much different feel from the rest of the show, but this show is awsome regardless. It goes pretty heavy into philosophy at some points, so prepare yourself. Re-I is hot, Pino is adorable, and Vincent is a major dork.
